Cowles Hill Cemetery Association inc. Board of directors consist of 7 members. Made up from individuals that belong to the Association. The Association Board is the governing body that is charged with taking care of the Cemetery maintenance and other affairs

Members of the Cemetery Association

Class of Members

The corporation shall have one class of members. The designation of such class shall be regular members and the qualification and rights of the members of such class shall be as follows:

Any Person owning a lot, or a descendent of a person owning a lot. in the Cowles Hill Cemetery shall be eligible for resident membership

Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting of the Cowles Hill Cemetery Association inc. shall be held on the 2nd Saturday of March at a time and place chosen by the Presiding officer.

Officers
President
The President shall in general supervise and control all of the business and affairs of the corporation.
Vice-President
The Vice-president in the absence of the President shall preform the duties of the President.
Treasurer
The Treasure shall have the charge and custody of and be responsible for the funds and securities of the corporation.
Secretary
The Secretary shall be custodian of the corporate records.
